At The Shimmering Mare, we offer store credit only on eligible items.

Items must be mailed back within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn and in original condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issue and will expire after that time.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
